STM receives Most Innovative Short Paper Award in Seoul

At the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) 2017 in Seoul, the paper "A Nice and Friendly Chat with a Bot: User Perceptions of AI-Based Service Agents" by Prof. Nancy Wünderlich Chair of Service Management at Paderborn University and Prof. Stefanie Paluch Chair of Service and Technology Marketing at RWTH Aachen University were awarded with the "Most Innovative Short Paper Award".

ICIS took place from 10 to 13 December 2017 in Seoul, South Korea and was attended by 1,200 international participants.
