The article entitled “Extending the Privacy Calculus: The Role of Psychological Ownership“ has been accepted for presentation at the 35th International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) and will be published in the conference’s proceedings (VHB Journal Rating: A). It was written by Patrick Cichy, RWTH Aachen University, Torsten-Oliver Salge, RWTH Aachen University, and Rajiv Kohli, College of William & Mary, and will be presented at the ICIS in December 2014 in Auckland, New Zealand. In their study, the authors examine the effect of ownership feelings on individuals’ willingness to disclose novel forms of personal data for service innovation.
