The article „Seamless Service? On the Role and Impact of Service Orchestrators in Human-Centered Service Systems“ has been accepted for publication in the leading Journal of Service Research (VHB Journal Ranking: A). It was co-authored by Christoph Breidbach, David Antons, and Torsten Oliver Salge. In their article, the authors investigate if, how, and to what extent service orchestrators, such as case managers in hospitals, affect patient and employee satisfaction as well as the operational and financial performance of the hospital.
