The article “Advancing Relationship Marketing Theory: Exploring Customer Relationships through a Process-Centric Framework” has been accepted for publication in the international journal Academy of Marketing Science Review (VHB Journal Ranking: B). It was co-authored by Antje Hütten, Oliver Salge, Thomas Niemand (TU Clausthal), and Florian Siems (TU Dresden). In their paper, the authors examine the central process dimension of relationship marketing, classify it and derive two opportunities for advancing theory.
