Paper accepted for publication in the Journal of Service Research
The paper entitled “Can Friends also Become Customers? The Impact of Employee Referral Programs on Referral Likelihood” has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Service Research, VHB Journal Rating A, one of the leading international outlets for marketing and service research. The paper is co-authored by Daniel Wentzel (RWTH Aachen University), Torsten Tomczak (University of St. Gallen), and Sven Henkel (University of St. Gallen). In their study, the authors examine how employees can be motivated to recommend the products and services of their own firm in their social network.
