What I learned after graduating from university

There are some things that cannot be taught in class. By entering the workforce armed with a university degree, you will experience a steep learning curve. During this presentation, I will share how my personal learning curve enriched the way I present results, how it made me fond of diversity and inclusion, and how I finally figured out how to bridge the gap between the theory and the practice of leading teams.
