Abstract
Not only since the introduction of digital technologies have the transformation and implementation of technological innovation presented companies with huge chances as well as challenges. Passing sector borders the market emergence of emobility gives example for these, as digitalization enables the convergence of material and immaterial value-creation-networks. This work will present an approach for the development of business models in special consideration of the characteristics of digital transformation and the revelation of the growing influence of immaterial value creation. The work is based on a change of perspectives regarding the role of digital technologies in economic exchange and the development of markets. By using the paradigmatic Service-dominant logic (SDlogic)-point of view and applying it on the business-model-concept the, Service-oriented Business Model‘ (SoBM)-Framework is presented as a transcending and flexible approach for the development of business models in dynamically developing, digitally transforming environments. The SoBM-Framework, which has been developed in an Action Design Research-Project, offers companies appropriate methods and instruments for the development of market solutions in a digitally connected, physical world.
