Case training with A.T. Kearney and the IMP3rove Academy
October 2019, Düsseldorf
On a sunny autumn day, the participants of the Innovation Honors Class had the opportunity to prove their consulting talent on their latest excursion. The international management consultancy A.T. Kearney, together with the IMP3rove Academy, invited to an exclusive case study training at the Dreischeibenhaus in Düsseldorf.
After a short welcome, helpful tips for the case study were given - all derived directly from the daily work of the organizers. This was followed by the work on the case. This time, the topic of the event was "pretotyping". The combination of the words "pretend" and "prototyping" describes the testing of not yet developed products in order to evaluate the market potential of these product ideas without investing in a complex prototype development. The creative ideas were then presented by the students, who received valuable feedback from the jury.
In addition to the work on the case study, the students also had the opportunity to exchange ideas with the consultants in a relaxed atmosphere. They were also given an insight into the IMP3rove Academy, which advises public and private clients on innovation management practices.
We would like to thank A.T. Kearney and the IMP3rove Academy for the exciting day and the interesting insights!
