The paper entitled "The Relationship between Employees’ Perceptions of HR Systems and Organizational Performance: Examining Mediating Mechanisms and Temporal Dynamics" has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Applied Psychology, VHB Journal Rating A, one of the leading international outlets for empirical research on human resource management and organisational behaviour. The paper is co-authored by Erk Piening from ESCP Europe Berlin and Alina Baluch from the University of St Andrews. It presents new theory and longitudinal evidence on the complex, often reciprocal link between employees’ perceptions of HR systems, job satisfaction and performance outcomes as it unfolds over time.
