Best Convention Paper Award
The paper entitled "The Relationship between Employees’ Perceptions of HR Systems and Organizational Performance: Examining Mediating Mechanisms and Temporal Dynamics" has received the Best Convention Paper Award of the Academy of Management HR Division. The paper that is about to appear in the prestigious Journal of Applied Psychology is co-authored by Erk Piening from ESCP Europe Berlin and Alina Baluch from the University of St Andrews. It presents new theory and longitudinal evidence on the complex, often reciprocal link between employees’ perceptions of HR systems, job satisfaction and performance outcomes as it unfolds over time.
