Innovation teams are usually established for the development of new products or the implementation of substantial changes within an organization. They often work together on an interdisciplinary basis and differ in their discipline, experience and status. In their creative process, these teams are often confronted with uncertainty as they take risks while experimenting with new solutions and thereby experience frequent failures (Edmondson & Mogelof, 2004). The so-called "voice" behaviour of employees is particularly important in these teams. Employee voice refers to behaviors of employees that involves addressing ideas and suggestions for improvement, but also point out situations when activities are running badly or when problems arise. In this thesis, the important aspect of "Employee Voice" will be examined, especially in the context of innovation teams.
