Kurzbeschreibung (EN): New technologies such as Augmented and Virtual Reality find application in our everyday-lives and have the potential to disrupt online retail. The COVID-19 pandemic has shifted even more people to shop online and while AR and VR technologies have partially been applied to store settings, usage in eCommerce has been relatively unexplored.
Possible thesis topics include, but are not limited to differences between AR & VR technologies in usage and buying behaviors, technology adoption and benefits of these technologies.
