Systematic Literature Analysis on Employee Reactions to Collaboration with AI

Objective:
Students will conduct a comprehensive overview of existing literature in the field of Human-AI-Collaboration, with a specific focus on employee reactions (e.g., emotions or attitudes). Additionally, individual, team-related, or organizational factors contributing to a more positive attitude towards AI among employees will be identified. The literature will be analyzed and coherently structured.

Timeline:
Work on the thesis in summer semester 2024, brainstorming in winter semester 23/2024 or at the beginning of summer semester 2024; start at any time.

Language:
Students have the freedom to choose between German and English for their thesis.

Requirements:
Interest in Human-AI Collaboration and the psychological impacts on employees; no technical background is required.
