"The process of manufacturing organo sheets for the production of continuous fibre reinforced thermoplastics is an energy- and cost-intensive two-stage process. Within this process more than 40% of the production costs of the terminal device are generated. The aim of the project is to validate the innovation potential of the process for the economic production of fibre reinforced thermoplastic composites. This production is based on the application of nanoparticles, commingling yarns, and semi-impregnated textile components. "
