Content
The course aims to provide students with a fundamental understanding of the innovation process. It has a focus on the different stages of an innovation project and the various methods and tools applied for managing innovation in a corporate setting.
Objectives
The main goal of this course is to provide students with a fundamental understanding of how firms develop new products and services and how they implement corresponding activities through specific innovation methods. Furthermore, the course aims to familiarize students with strategic issues making effective decisions and to enable them to reflect on the use of these methods in a critical manner.
